Since this is somewhat of a running blog, I guess it would be ok to actually WRITE about what is going on in running right now... Would that be ok?
So I am officially a month in to a training plan. An actual TRAINING PLAN! And I am healthy. I am still WAY behind where I would like to be, but I am running. Seven days a week. And almost no pain. Almost.
Except the last two weeks. This sickness is bad people. BAD. I'm telling you now, just get extra rest and drink lots of fluids. Vitamin C is your friend, now make it your best friend.
So I am starting again at square one, or zero however you want to play it.
I don't have a particular race in mind right now. But hopefully Club Nationals in Bend this December. We shall see. Gotta get back in shape!!! I'll keep you updated though, for sure.
